1. Ordering & payment

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, and direct bank transfer.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is approved; digital products are supplied instantly to the nominated email.
• Billing details must be accurate. Suspicious transactions may be paused for verification.

2. Pricing & promotions

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where pricing was displayed incorrectly.

3. Delivery

Physical goods ship from Sydney, NSW. Delivery windows are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once a parcel is lodged with the carrier, risk transfers to you, subject to carrier insurance and your statutory rights.

4. Returns & warranty

We follow the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Change-of-mind requests are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Digital products

Activation keys and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. Ensure your system meets the published requirements before purchasing.

6. Community conduct

We foster an inclusive community. We may suspend or cancel accounts that engage in harassment, fraud, or misuse of our platforms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law we limit our liability to the re-supply of goods or services. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
