Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every purchase. This policy explains how to request a return or remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of mind
- Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
2. Faulty or damaged items
Contact us immediately with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
3. Digital content
Game keys and downloadable add-ons cannot be returned once supplied unless Australian Consumer Law applies (for example, the key is faulty or misdescribed).
4. How to lodge a return
- Email returns@gametowerstore.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We reply with a prepaid label (if applicable) and packing instructions.
- Send the item back within 10 days and retain the lodgement receipt.
- We inspect the item within 48 hours of arrival and process the agreed outcome.
5. Manufacturer warranties
Many accessories and consoles include additional manufacturer warranties. We are happy to assist with claims or direct you to the authorised repair centre.
