1. Processing times

• Orders placed before 2 pm AEDT ship the same business day.
• Orders after 2 pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
• Pre-orders dispatch on the Australian release date unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery options

• Standard (Australia Post eParcel): 2–5 business days metro, 3–7 business days regional.
• Express (StarTrack Premium): 1–2 business days metro, 2–4 business days regional.
• Same-day courier (Sydney Metro): Available Monday–Friday for orders before 11 am, flat fee $19.95.

3. Tracking & notifications

Tracking links are emailed as soon as your parcel is lodged. You can also check the status in your Game Tower Store account or by contacting shipping@gametowerstore.com.au.

4. Shipping fees

• Standard shipping is free for orders over $120.
• Orders under $120 incur a flat fee of $9.95 (standard) or $14.95 (express).
• Bulky or specialty items may attract a surcharge; this is clearly shown at checkout.

5. Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and lodge claims where eligible. Damage on arrival must be reported within 7 days with photos of the packaging.

6. Click & collect

We currently operate as an online-only store. Local collection and international shipping will be announced via our newsletter when available.
